I LOST 30 kgs+ in less than 1-year | Struggles, Being FAT Since Teenage, Weight loss Journey

Here I talk about how I lose weight and fat loss under just 6 months, AND the best way to lose weight that worked for me when I was 90 kg to 60 kg!!! ( 30 kg gone)

This is hard for me cuz I am sharing a journey about my lowest points, I struggled with losing weight in my teenage life for so long; But I am glad to show that you can lose weight too because I did it.

I was the kind of girl who legit thought they would never exercise in my whole life or even think of any diets to do. Its until my health started giving my warning signs that I realize I have a lot to experience further in life.

I know it is hard. I know every single feeling to be that young girl who genuinely wanna lose weight but ends up eating a lot and feeling lazy.
It is absolutely okay to be that way.

But Change comes only when you change your MENTALITY..to become the best version of Yourself. The Healthier and Stronger You.

No one will believe in you if You Don't Believe in Yourself. You can do this!
