If a Christian does not believe in himself or herself, then there is nothing you can do. You could have an entire church family of 100 people saying that person that they believe in them, but that won't change anything until he or she learns to believe in themselves. Not even God can fix this issue. He can provide the basis for believing (the bible) but beyond that, it's a choice.
