Russia's troop build up in Ukraine continues - Wallace

Defence Secretary, Ben Wallace, says Russia has added 7,000 troops to the Ukraine border and a bridge is being built on the Belarus border with Ukraine.

He says the UK will judge Russia on its actions rather than its words as the stability in Europe is threatened.
