✨ In my opinion if you learn the MILD technique, you'll be able to lucid dream more often, and it will be more random, and reliable. My tutorial on the Mnemonic induced lucid dreaming method (MILD technique). This technique involves 4 main steps:

Affirmations and mantras
Imagine the dream
Reality checks
Dream recall

These 4 steps will help you naturally have more lucid dreams and when you make them HABITS, it really doesn’t take much effort at all. The best part is you can do this whole technique without waking up super early. You just go to bed and sleep normally, and have a lucid dream using the MILD technique!
