✨ The reward induced lucid dreaming technique or RILD involves giving yourself a series of small treats or rewards every time you lucid dream. This strengthens the connection between lucid dreaming and your reward and makes it more likely to happen.

It’s almost like you’re using your own brain against itself, and making yourself more likely to lucid dream, because you subconsciously want to get that reward! You can use anything as the reward but I’d suggest using something small and cheap so you can easily give it to yourself.
