My home made Pumpkin pie recipe

Pie crust
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
Two cubes or 1 cup cold butter cubed
1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon sugar
7 teaspoons ice water
Bake at 400°

Pie recipe
Take piecrust keeping It cool during the process roll out to 8th inch thickness and place in pie pan
Let cool in refrigerator for half an hour to an hour after forming it in pie pan
Take out and put in oven 400° for 17 minutes
Take Out of oven and fork the bottom of the pan brush on egg white put back in oven for four minutes reducing the temperature to 350

Combine pie Feeling
15 ounce of fresh pie filling
3 Eggs and one egg yolk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 salt
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
One can of evaporated milk
Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes
At your 30 minute mark put in a cup of water into a Pie tin beneath the pie Do not make it glass . The steam will help the center of the pie Cook.
