Cheeses Fouduta
8 ounces cream cheese softened room temperature
1 cup mozzarella
1 cup provolone
1/2 cup Parmesan grated
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes and 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Small diced tomatoes for topping
1 tablespoon parsley freshly chopped for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Combine all ingredients except for topping in bowl place on a cookie sheet or stone plate and cooking in oven until melted and bubbly . Then remove Put parsley and tomatoes on top and enjoy
