I Had an Affair and I’m Heartbroken and Confused

Question:
I was having an affair and planned to leave my marriage in January of this year.

Then I found out the man I was having an affair with was having multiple affairs and had no intention of leaving his wife. He just wanted to live a double life.

I confessed everything to my husband. He wants to work on us, but I’m heartbroken from the affair and don’t know how I feel about my husband.

I’m scared to leave him, but I also don’t want to be intimate with him. I’m about to tear my hair out! I’m so confused!
