This is the GiveSendGo hacker. His name is Aubrey Cottle and resides in Toronto, ON, as per his own website (linked below). He openly brags about the cyber crimes he has committed. This man needs to have his face plastered everywhere and authorities made aware that even though he's on the side of the PM and his merry party of idiots, THIS IS NOT OK and already highly illegal.
