Shooting Bean Bags, Breaking Windows And A K-9 In A Empty Car - Inglewood PD

This was a total waste of resources! Not to mention that there was possibly a handicap person in this vehicle that they were shooting beanbags at and then busted the window out only to find an empty car. What is going on Inglewood PD???? Get it together!!
