IOC's Corruption Can Be Explained Not By Financial Interests, But By RACISM!!!

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is a questionable bunch. When an athlete tests positive for a banned substance, it depends on a certain number of circumstances as to whether or not they are allowed to compete. If you are an American Sprinter like Sha'Carri Richardson, you miss out on the games. If you are a Russian Skater like Kamila Valieva, you can compete in multiple events. Richardson seems to believe Race has something to do with the unequal application of the rules, but considering where the games are taking place, it's more about Nationality in my opinion. But the IOC could still be racist, that's a possibility.
