Mechanical Propellentless Propulsion! (Video 6)

A number of inventors have demonstrated mechanical propellentless propulsion; i.e., devices which exhibit an unbalanced force. Isaac Newton's classical laws of motion include velocity and acceleration, but not the third and higher derivatives which apparently provide the operational basis of this technology.
