Viking Blood Mead - How to make cherry blueberry bochet mead

We are going to make some Viking Blood Mead. Viking Blood is traditionally a black cherry mead. Our version will be made from black cherries, blueberries and a bochet. Bochet means "burnt bee". To make our bochet we will caramelize our honey. The bochet will be combined with the juice we extract from the berries and we will let it ferment. Once done we will have our Viking Blood Mead. Our version will be a cherry blueberry bochet mead.
