Learning LOVR Episode 2 Setup and start using Lua 1 of 2

This takes a step away from LOVR to learn a bit of the basics of Lua.

In it I setup VSCode extensions that help format lua, do some auto linting, get vscode to ignore things that I don't care about, and then I stumble around randomly testing to see how lua code works.
