Garage Workout 2/4/2022

First go at a workout vlog situation.
I'm 2 years in to lifting and want to chat out my current thoughts. Really it feels like there isn't a good game plan after 3x5. Or really a good game plan for staying on 3x5 or 5x5 long term. What accessories should be done, should you stay in those rep ranges.. do you just powerlift or bodybuild after this? what if I don't want to do either powerlifting or body building.

there's a link. I want to speak to the first and second year having just finished them. My year two numbers weren't any better than year one. my initial hunch is it's food related. But all of us scour the web thinking there's a magic routine, or set and rep scheme.
