Try this insane triple set and trust me, your shoulders will hate...um...love you for days!!!

Warm up extensively as this is a killer! I did 5 sets of rear delt cable rows, AKA face pulls for sets of 12, then my first triple set I did semi light weight for all lifts, then 5 full sets of 10 reps each, totaling 30reps per triple set,and believe me, the last set was tough.

Went on to neutral grip dumbbell presses, posting that vid next...
