Hundreds of cars could be seen queueing up outside petrol stations in Abuja on Tuesday amid a week-long fuel shortage in Nigeria.
Locals waiting in line complained of waiting for up to seven hours to get fuel.
The state-run Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) blamed the scarcity on the importation of contaminated petrol.
