As looting & crime surges, AOC blames these acts on the child tax credit

A poor Asian lady was followed back to her apartment in Manhattan & then some monster stabbed her leading to her death. The man had five prior felonies. Aren’t Democrat policies partially to blame for this? Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez claimed that looters are only trying to steal some baby formula because the child tax credit expired.
