Five Medium to large sweet potatoes
One Stick of butter
One Cup of brown sugar and one cup of granulated sugar
Three large eggs
2 1/2 cups of hot milk
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Half a teaspoon salt

Topping
One cup of flour
One cup of brown sugar
One Teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
One stick of butter cubed and cold
1 cup or 4 ounces of pecans chopped
