We experience eating raw ghost pepper!

The Ghost Pepper, also known as Bhut Jolokia, was once the hottest pepper in the world. About 1,000 times hotter than a jalapeno, it is used in parts of India to keep elephants away. These have a great flavor, IF you can handle the heat!

One of our favorite peppers, you can always get fresh Ghost Peppers on our website during the season (Aug-Oct).
