Ingredients:
1 kg pork belly (cut to bite size)
1/2 cup bagoong alamang (shrimp paste)
5 cloves garlic (minced)
1 medium size onion
3 tbsp brown sugar
6 cups of water
1 siling haba/pangsigang
1 tsp anato/atsuete seed + 1/2 cup pork stock
1 tsp ground black pepper
