Grand Tactician the Civil War CSA Defensive Campaign. No invasion of the North. A.S. Johnstons is able to win a decisive victory in Eastern Kentucky. CSN wins and loses some naval battles but is able to open the blockade a bit. The Western Army wins a major battle for control of Missouri.

-Cannot invade North
-Can only retake conquered territory
-Can invade "The neutral States" Missouri, Kentucky, Maryland, Delaware
-Limits on how fast manpower policies can be researched.
