By invoking the never-used Emergencies Act, PM Justin Trudeau will give the federal govt extraordinary "dictatorial powers" that are unjustified according to its own rules for invocation against the Freedom Convoy 2022 movement--a peaceful assembly of civil disobedience in Ottawa to end all unscientific and unconstitutional Covid and vaccine mandates.
