Sim Battle Matchmaker Test & It's Fixed #41 [War Thunder]

Hustling this one out the door because I have a packed workday ahead of me! Sim battles are getting a test of more traditional BR-based matchmaker starting on February 17, 2022 and lasting through the 21st. Check it out and play it if you like it! Also, got some good fixes for event labels, previewing battle pass rewards and steering on a few low level janky tanks.
