Bryce works on showing a solution that works for him so not have to buy more and more SSDs.
He has been making videos for years as a video editor for other channels, but the number has increased significantly. Since starting the Youtube and Rumble channels mid last year there one thing that keeps coming up! The video files get very large and the render files are massive! He has gone through multi terabyte SSD and still running out of space. Sending files to a Server works but can take many hours or days to move them. Everyone who has a channel knows of this problem.
What is the solution?
H.265 on the M1.
What about people on Windows? You can save space too but it’s not quite as fast and easy. Windows by default cannot play H.265 yet, even with version 11. However, VLC will play back the H.265 files if your processor is fast enough.

H.265 is the solution and makes the files manageable and transferable over the network for easy archiving! It works before you start your project and after when you export your video.
SSD = expensive.
