This is a video of the treatment I received from NHS staff when I turned up for a pre-arranged face 2 face hospital consultation appointment with an NHS specialist at Aston Hospital, Deeside, North Wales, UK.

The confession on multiple occasions by the NHS staff demonstrates I was refused to be seen by a specialist due to...
a) NOT WEARING A MASK, ALTHOUGH EXEMPT.
The NHS staff were informed of my exemption status, on multiple occasions, from arriving at reception and throughout each contact with NHS staff, as can be witnessed in the discourse.
I Have also been seen on multiple occasions previously by the same NHS team, various locations, with no mask.
The consultant would have access to my medical records demonstrating my medical exemption.

b) I DID NOT DIVULGE MY SARS COV2 NOVEL CORONAVIRUS VACCINE STATUS.
Why was I asked this? would it also have been a refusal by the specialist if a patient is not jabbed? A patient is not required by UK Law to divulge their Sars Cov2 Novel Coronavirus vaccine status.
I have also been seen on multiple occasions previously by the same NHS team, various locations, and not being asked to divulge my Sars Cov2 Novel Coronavirus vaccine status.

FALSE AND UNFOUNDED ALLEGATIONS MADE BY NHS STAFF TOWARDS ME.

ALLEGATION 1. I posed a risk to the public in the hospital from the reception area right throughout the areas I visited, including a child, because, although exempt, I was not wearing a face covering and I would not reveal vaccine status.
It must be stated I reported to reception and informed them I was exempt and they escorted me through the hospital to the waiting area, I did not take this journey alone or under my own volition. I did not personally put anyone at any risk.

ALLEGATION 2. I was also accused of being aggressive, which the video clearly demonstrates I was not.
I remained in a seated passive state throughout the entire encounter. It was the NHS staff who were standing over me the entire time, even reaching across me at one time.

NHS STAFF FAILED TO FOLLOW UK GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES ON THE WEARING OF MASKS AND MASK EXEMPTIONS.
a) Repeatedly being challenged concerning wearing of exemption badge or insignia.
Which is not a requirement under UK Law. Which I informed them of multiple times, including that I was choosing not to wear any exemption insignia, as is my right. Being told if only I would wear a mask it would make everything ok.

FUTURE NHS TREATMENT IS SUSPENDED UNLESS I WEAR A MASK.
I was also told that I would not be seen in the future by the specialist if I did not wear a mask. This is clearly stated by a nurse in the video.

All of the above is also in contravention of the UK Equality Act, section 29, 2010. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2010/15/section/29?fbclid=IwAR2Tw-02deKr6ux5GzYl3o_uyUTj6ik6DBzOTpJ15-s3CAiULRckLmnNaK8#:~:text=29Provision%20of%20services%2C%20etc.&text=(1)A%20person .
