When a house went up in flames, these neighbors came to the rescue with their garden hoses. The Los Angeles Fire Department says the fire at the home in Sherman Oaks, California, broke out in the evening in the detached garage. Until the fire department could arrive, these neighbors pulled out their personal hoses and tried to prevent the fire from spreading. It was a valiant effort, but they were no match for this blaze.
