OTTAWA. As of February 28, vaccinated travelers will no longer need to take a COVID-19 molecular test to enter Canada, and instead they can opt for a potentially cheaper and more affordable rapid test.

This change was welcome news for some travelers who are looking forward to the March holidays, but the tourism and airline associations believe that the government needs to go further to free up vaccinated people the opportunity to travel freely.
