Why do politicians have such trouble with words? They either redefine terms or say one word but mean another.

Prime Minister Trudeau and the Deputy Prime Minister lay out tenets of the emergency act which was recently implemented. According to the Prime Minister, this is the first time it has been used. Each explains the aspects of it's implementation.

After the Prime Minister explains carefully that these measures are "time limited", the Deputy Prime Minister goes on to explain how they will seek legislation to enact some measures permanently.
