Easy Recipes: Christmas Breakfast Gingerbread Waffles | Gingerbread Waffles Recipe

RECIPE:
3 cups all purpose flour
4 tsp baking powder 
2 tsp ground cinnamon 
2 tsp ground ginger 
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt 
4 large eggs 
2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar 
1 cup pumpkin puree 
1 1/4 cups milk 
1/2 cup molasses 
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1: Preheat waffle iron.
2: Mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
3: In a separate bowl, cream together the eggs and brown sugar.
4: Mix in pumpkin, milk, molasses, and butter.
5: Cook in waffle iron 4-5 minutes, or until done.
6: Top with powdered sugar or syrup.
