Did The Book Of Boba Fett WASTE Cad Bane?

Cad Bane was one of the coolest looking characters when he was first introduced during the Season 1 Finale of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. He is still a character that we don't know much about. However, he gets killed in The Book Of Boba Fett and the only people that seem to care about Cad Bane's Death are people who have watched Star Wars: The Clone Wars. What about all the people who haven't seen Star Wars: The Clone Wars?
