Tomato planting on the farm after a much needed rain!

Season 1 Episode 8:
After suffering weeks of unseasonably hot and dry conditions on the farm, we finally get a good rain. First, Matt shows you how he fills the drip irrigation tower. Then let's get the fabric weed barrier and drip lines down on the nightshade family plant plot and get the damn tomatoes in already. Introducing new characters: Hops and Pops (aka Punk's mom and dad!). Moment of gratitude at the end for the new life bursting all around us as everyday we work to become more self sufficient.
