CORODED SPIM08HP Battery Cell!

The past couple weeks have had me busy, so this video is getting out a little late. However, while I have been going through and charging up all my SPIM08HP batteries, I came across this one and set it aside until I could bring you guys this video. I can't quite tell if this is a leaking cell, or if maybe something else happened here. What do you think?
