Request an Oil Quench.

Request to see the knife before they ship it out to you and have them do a test in a video. They will hit some bull or horn of some sort.

Once your satisfied tell them to ship it to you. We all live far away from Nepal and in my opinion it’s better to make sure you are visually happy because it is expensive for them and you to ship these knives back and forth.
