Episode One | Irvington, NJ | Walkthrough with Fuquan - Season Four

In this episode, we open Season 4 with a complete fix and flip renovation of this two-unit property in Irvington, NJ.

Before starting renovations, Fuquan takes us through his plans for this property, including the possibility of demolishing the shed, cutting down a tree, and turning the property into a three-unit. In the end, he decided to keep the property as a two-unit.

During phase 1, renovations included reframing, installing a new front door, windows, and roofing, replacing the exterior siding, and renovating the front porch. Phase 2 renovations got under way, and we saw new sheetrock, insulation, and rough plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. For the final phase, we see new flooring, paintwork, cabinets, appliances, and lights. Some of the exterior work that was done includes fixing up and clearing out the driveway.

Fuquan reports that the walk score of the property is good.

Finally, we get to see the newly renovated property.
