A one-sided headache is frequently the result of an irritation of the jaw joint (TMJ)
TMJ stands for Temporo Mandibular Joint and this joint sits just in front of your ears.
Irritation of this joint leads to:
* one-sided headaches
* earaches
* jaw pain
* neck and facial pain
* and could lead to occasional locking of the jaw.
In this video, you will find self-tests you can do at home to help determine if your headache is the result of an irritation of the jaw joint.
In the second part of the video, I will demonstrate very effective home exercises which will provide immediate relief.
In the last part of the video, I share 5 tips on prevention with you as prevention is always better than cure!
