Restaurant Style Veg Hakka Noodles | Ching’s Secret | Ching's Just Soak Whole Wheat Hakka Noodles

Ingredients:
1 Packet Ching’s Just Soak Whole Wheat Hakka Noodles
5-6 Cups water
¼ Cup julienned carrot
¼ Cup sliced onion
¼ Cup chopped spring onion
2 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. minced ginger-garlic
2 Green chili sliced
1 Stalk chopped celery
2½ Tbsp. Ching’s Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Ching’s Red Chili Sauce
Salt as per taste
¼ Tbsp. black pepper
1 Pinch white pepper
½ Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. chili oil (optional)

Method:
Boil 5-6 cups of water.
Now turn off the heat and then ‘Just Soak’ the Ching’s Noodles in water.
Cover the soaked noodles with a lid and wait for five minutes.
While the noodles are getting soaked, chop the vegetables and keep them ready.
Now drain the excess water from the noodles and rinse them thoroughly.
Take oil in a heating pan, add the minced ginger-garlic, chilies, celery and veggies and sauté them.
Add Ching’s Dark Soy Sauce and Ching’s Red Chili Sauce.
Now add soaked noodles followed by salt, black pepper, white pepper and sugar and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add chili oil to the prepared noodles and garnish them with green chopped onions.
Your Hakka Noodles are ready to serve hot made with Ching's Just Soak Whole Wheat Hakka Noodles.
