In this episode, we take a tour of three Westfield, NJ properties.

Following Fuquan’s successful purchase of the first property, a small two-bedroom home, he gives us a glimpse into the potential renovations, including raising the height of the property and enlarging it with an addition. We get a walkthrough of the second property as Fuquan plans to tear it down and rebuild to increase the value of the property. Awaiting phase 2 permits before squaring off the roof, Fuquan takes us on a walkthrough of the third and final property.
