The sulphur hatch on the Delaware is often feast or famine, boon or bust. Some days the bugs appear, and the fish are looking up. Some days both bugs and fish seem to have other ideas. Whether we do well or we do poorly, the fishing is rarely easy, and that's what makes it as enjoyable as it is. When a bug chucker has a good day of fishing sulphurs on the Delaware River then that bug chucker has done something right.
