Nice Fun Zombies NFT - Breaking Through the NFT Recession Post Mint | Founders Story

@Rayminbi tells the Nice Fun Zombies origin story through the mint and the aftermath in today's NFT project founder's discussion. We discuss the project utility and incorporation of game theory to enable NFT holders to influence their own experience and rewards from the project.

Ray is also very open about what the project did for marketing and their disappointment that it didn't fully mint out on launch day. This is a great discussion about what the team is doing now and their commitment long-term for the project. It will also be useful to other project leads to better understand what to do before launch and how to manage through a tough start for long-term success. There are several very successful projects today that didn't initially mint out at launch. Some took months and others (MoonCats) took years.
