When you stake adacash, you (harvest) Solcash, which in return you still earn your rewards from the staked adacash in BEP20 pegged ADA, and also BEP20 pegged SOL.

There is NO tax to stake or unstake.
The only fee you have to pay is the BNB fee to confirm the staking because you are sending the adacash to the staking pool (this cant be changed, as this is part of the BNB network fee)
The staking pool is for 3 years, and of course you can claim your staked earns anytime you want, but is advised to just let it accumulate, just like having money in a savings account accruing interest overtime.
