We all hear that meditation is good for us but how does it really affect our brain and wellbeing? And can meditation and other modalities really help heal a severe neurological illness?

Find out the answers to these questions from Vanessa Potter, who spent 3 years wearing and EEG cap so Cambridge neuroscientists could examine how different meditation modalities affected her brain. She is also a survivor of a very extreme and rare neurological illness which was the catalyst for this scientific study that she was involved with.

She is author of “Finding My Right Mind: One Women’s Experiment to put Meditation to the Test” where she documents this 3 year scientific study being the ‘human guinea pig’.

She is also a TedX and International Key Note Speaker, Coach, Meditation Advocate, Writer, she spent 16 years as an award-winning TV producer prior to her illness, and has been involved in a number really incredible scientific collaborations.
