Soupy Korean Noodles Recipe | Ching’s Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodles | Kitchen Savour

Ingredients:
1 Packet Ching’s Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodles
5-6 Cups water
¼ Cup Noodles Broth
¼ Cup Onion
¼ Cup Red Bell Pepper
¼ Cup Spring onion
¼ Cup Mushroom
¼ Tsp Black Pepper Powder
Spring onion for garnish
2Tbsp Chopped Garlic-ginger
1 Tsp Ching's Chili Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Ching's Dark Soya Sauce
2 Tbsp. Ching's Red Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp. Smith & Jones Tomato Ketchup
1/2 tsp Sugar
¼ Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp. oil

Method:
Boil 5-6 cups of water.
Now turn off the heat and then ‘Just Soak’ the Ching’s Noodles in water.
Cover the soaked noodles with a lid and wait for five minutes.
While the noodles are getting soaked, chop the vegetables and keep them ready.
Now drain the excess water from the noodles and rinse them thoroughly.
Take oil in a heating pan, add chopped ginger and garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add the veggies and sauté them for 1-2 mins.
Now add Ching's Chili Vinegar, Ching's Soya sauce, Ching's Red Chili sauce, Smith and Jones tomato ketchup, salt, and sugar.
Put the soaked noodles on a serving plate and pour the prepared soup over.
Your Soupy Noodles are ready to serve hot made with Ching's Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodles.
