Dr. Roger Girard is a rich scientist conducting experiments on head transplantation. He attaches the head of a criminal killer onto the body of a giant, super strong but slow-witted man, played by horror icon John Bloom (The Dark, Hills Have Eyes Part 2). The chaotic results are to be expected.
