Delicious Kimchi Jjigae Recipe
Kimchi Jjigae / Kimchi Stew is easy to make with most ingredients available at your local asian supermarket. Please try out this recipe and enjoy the tasty soup at the comfort of your home. For this recipe we have used ttukbaegi pot but you can use other pot/cookware.
Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 15 mins
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients:
250 grams pork belly (cut to bite size)
1 cup Kimchi (dice into bite size)
2 tbsp Kimchi Juice
2 cups Water
1 pack Soft Tofu (cut to cubes)
1 tbsp Gojuchang
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 clove Garlic (mince)
Chopped Green Onions (Optional)
