Vanguard's SBMM Problem and Dummy Accounts

Call of Duty Vanguard has only been out for a week and the SBMM system is an abomination! Players are selling dummy accounts by the 100's and I'm not mad about it. People are seeing a need to work around Vanguard's SBMM system and are selling it to the players.
