Designing Jewelry Using Leopard Skin Jasper

Here is just a snipet to show what I do when designing Jewelry with a simple stone. From a rough rock to a polished stone we cut and polish these stones. This stone has the most unique pattern. Some of the pieces actually have a crossing line pattern and by cutting the stone in the perfect place we were able to show a cross as the feature on the cabochon. I am going to set the prongs to match up with cross to highlight the cross even more. I have also rolled my sheet silver in the rolling mill with a circular pattern to enhance the leopard pattern in the stone. Follow us on Instagram to see how this turned out!
