Episode Seven | Berkeley Heights & Randolph, NJ | Walkthrough with Fuquan - Season Three

In this episode, we get to see two properties: one in Berkeley Heights, NJ, and the other in Randolph, NJ.

First, Fuquan shows us around the outside of the tear-down project. For safety, we don’t get to see the inside of the heavily fire-damaged property. Finally, Fuquan takes us to the second property, a 4-bedroom short sale property, which he managed to get for $25,000 less than the listed sale price due to the condition of the property.
