Less than two years short of retirement, family of dead MPD Lieutenant to receive a fraction of benefits

The flowers on Faith Wooden’s dinner table will stay there permanently. They’re made of wood, so they’ll never die. They’ve been there since last March; just a month after her husband, Lt. Kenyatte Wooden, died.
