Man! c-sections are hard! And so underrated! People who say it's the easy way need to understand really what goes on when a woman gets a c-section. The toll it takes on your body, your mind, especially if you are a new mom, not being able to do day to day things affects your mental health for sure! Here are some of the things I never really thought about or expected before having a c-section birth.
